This gorgeous girl helped me to capture the essence of one of my favourite spaces and to bring to life an image I had in mind for a long time.
Having a vision and being able to bring it to life is sometimes one of the most toughest and frustrating things to recreate from behind the lens. It takes time, preperation, research, thought, lots of practise and of course patience. Having said all of that, it can also be one of the most rewarding. Yes there can be a fluke shot... But there is something special about putting time and effort into something you love and reaping the rewards. In this case, capturing beautiful images for a family so dear to me. This photosession was also a time to try out this space on someone other than my little G. I think it suits her perfectly and can't wait for her mumma to see the end result.
